Extensive Experience in Bill Collections
WT has extensive experience in bill collection matters related to serving children and adults with mental health, drug rehabilitation or special education needs. Current Illinois law dictates that for children who are attending drug rehabilitation or special education services at private facilities, the school district of that child’s residence is responsible for paying for those services.
Due to our past collection efforts, WT has been successful in securing thousands of dollars of reimbursement for various private facilities located around the greater Chicago area, Cook County, Lake County, DuPage County, and other collar counties, and throughout northern Illinois.
In addition, if you are not currently approved as an Alternative Learning Opportunities Program (“ALOP”), through the Illinois Department of Human Services as an Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Provider or through the Illinois State Board of Education as an approved non-public special education facility, we can help with your application process. Please see the Non-Public Institution Approval & Rate Setting (link to Non-Public Institution Approval & Rate Setting page) for more specific information.
