Tracy E. Kotlarz is of counsel to the firm of Whitted Takiff LLC. Formerly, she was an attorney with the Lake County Public Defender’s Office. She received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Lake Forest College. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kotlarz worked for a small family owned manufacturing company.
